Change your name, photo, email or password in Profile Settings. You can delete your account there too, at the bottom of the page: it removes your account and what you've posted.
Use the Report button on any post, comment, piece or recording, and a moderator will look at it. To stop seeing someone's posts, choose Mute from the ⋯ menu on one of them. The community guidelines explain what isn't allowed, and the copyright policy explains how to report your own work being shared without permission.
